This half day visit will take us to Devin Lake, the large complex of meadow, reed stands and river arms. The reguralry flooded meadows have the highest diversity of plants, with over 50 plant species per 10 meters square. Most amphibian species and all non-poisonous snakes found in Slovakia live here. The most typical bird of this area is White Stork. Being it an internationally important bird sanctuary designed by BirdLife International it serves as nesting grounds for White Stork, Corncrake and Black Kite.
