How to book a tour or city break from our web site?
1. Select a tour or Bratislava City Break from any of our offers - click on "Order" on the relevant tour or city break page.
2. Select the date you wish to travel and then click on "Next".
3. Enter the number of people traveling and your accommodation type together with your hotel choice (if applicable) and if you wish us to reserve your flight tickets please choose from where. Click "Next"
4. Enter the details of the lead traveler (who all contact will be made to) including address, contact number and an e-mail address and also other travelers names.
In the notes box please add any Special Instructions, Comments or Requests you may have. Click "Next"
5. Please read carefully the summarisation of your order. If it is ok, then click on "Accept Booking Conditions" and then your preferred method of payment.
6. If you choose CARDPAY for your payment method, you will be automatically redirected to Tatrabanka's web site where you will enter in the protected environment for the input of data from your credit card (card number, CV code and expiration) and confirm the sum in SKK (in spite of the fact the prices are in EUR, the clearing will be realised in SKK under current daily exchange rate). Subsequently, you will receive a notification of successful receipt of your payment.
7. If you choose payment in the form of an invoice, an invoice will be displayed on your screen. Please print the invoice and make the payment before its maturity date.
8. After we have received your payment you will receive from us your hotel vouchers and your flight confirmation number by e-mail or by post.

Payment Information
All credit card payments will be made using Card Pay service (virtual POS terminal of Tatra Bank). Payments can be made with the following credit cards VISA, EUROCARD/MASTERCARD. A credit card from any bank or credit issuing institution in the world can be used. After clicking on the "pay with CardPay" button you will be transferred to the secure POS site of Tatra Bank. On this page you will enter the required credit card information (card no., CV code and expiration date) as well as confirming the amount you have purchased in Slovak Crowns (SKK). You will then receive notification that your transaction has been processed.
What credit cards can I use?
You may use your VISA, EUROCARD/MASTERCARD cards which have been issued by any bank institution worldwide.
How will I receive my flight ticket?
If your tour includes a flight from London Stansted to Bratislava or any other SkyEurope Airlines flight, then you will receive your flight ticket via e-mail. SkyEurope Airlines is a ticket-less airline company so you will receive only a reservation number. Together with this number and your passport will you be able to receive your boarding card at the time of check-in. You will receive this reservation code by e-mail after confirming your order in line with our Booking Conditions. If the tour you ordered in with another airline who uses paper tickets then we will post or courier you the tickets in time for your departure date.
